Sam Allison, our lead contractor, stumbled into the world of construction by chance, but quickly discovered a deep passion for the challenge of building something out of nothing. Over the years, he’s honed his skills in both custom home building and the intricate art of remodeling older homes. For Sam, every project is an opportunity to push the limits of what’s possible, creating spaces that are both functional and beautifully crafted.
Sam’s wife, Alex, specializes in the design process and plays a key role in the success of every project. Her keen eye for detail and her ability to select the perfect aesthetic ensures that each home feels thoughtfully designed, balanced, and perfectly suited to its owners. Together, they make a dynamic team that brings both vision and expertise to every project.
